A Surfers Paradise palace-style house modelled on the previous Versace Gold Coast lobby has offered in an off-market deal for $6.6m, following a prolonged advertising marketing campaign.

Surfers Paradise First Nationwide Actual Property’s Russell Rollington and Bob Rollington dealt with the sale of 77 Commodore Drive, Paradise Waters, which offered to an area purchaser.

The property had beforehand been in the marketplace with one other company in 2024.
